Convenient location, close to restaurants, bakery, shopping mall and public transportation. friendly staff

Very good location; Excellent service; Very quiet environment; Delicious breakfast; free laundry

The equipment is a little old but still good and enough.

Old furnture, smel of the living room, Chargers for late checkout

Big rooms , clean, good value against price

No hand shower for wc

Location and staff are excellent

The bathroom is not comfortable, the shower door was leaking, and the sink is hard to turn on and off, the night table is too small, sofa is too soft to sit on

Great location, 5th time at this hotel.Prices little higher during Canton Fair.

Great location. Walking distance to US embassy. The stuff is really nice who upgraded our room. They also have great breakfast.

Perfect for its price , I went there for the gym and it was perfect

Hotel has amazing location! Many bars and restaurants for international visitors. Breakfast floor is new , clean and has better options except than the other Hotels in Guangzhou.Stuff is really helpful.

Rooms are little bit old but okay.

The room was sufficient and comfortable, though the cleaning level was a bit below my expectations/standards.Location was good and convenient.Breakfast was great with many items changing on a daily basis

As mentioned above the cleanliness was not great. The F&B not up to international levels, with very limited choice. The bar facility was also very limited.Hospitality though, exceptional. friendly and helpful staff.

The position of the hotel and very near the metro station

I am staying last ten years in this hotel and this time when I left some laundry for cleaning they didnt want to give me the clothes before paying the bill. Crazy because I was never ever left this hotel being in depth

Excellent location to go out in the evening and explore the city. Good breakfast and convenient bus to the canton fair.

The staff’s attitude is not the best. After many travels and experiencing different hotels, i need to say that I experienced much more hospitality elsewhere. Breakfast. is more or less the same every morning. The mattress in the room could be replaced soon, because the springs can be felt when laying down.

Great hotel. Very good location. Close to Metro. Lots of restaurants around. Rich breakfast. Very helpful staff. Speaking good English.

I couldn’t open window in room. I forgot that in tall buildings normally not possible to open the window. I like fresh air.

The location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and cozy.

Comfortable and well-located accommodation, but the breakfast could have more options for Western visitors. Most of the available choices were tailored to the local audience, which may not suit all guests.

Location excell, nice big comfortable room , very few English speaking tv channels, good breakfast

The location is good and hotel is cleaned and comfortable to stay in. The subway is also not far the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a really nice size with a big bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. The whole place was very clean and had a nice smoking area downstairs.

The breakfast, while there was a large selection, was mostly cold.
